Tagine from 3 type of rice with chicken

Herkuless Gourmet 3 rice mix 400 g

Chicken legs 5 pcs

Light raisins 100 g

Chicken broth 500 ml

Carrots 100 g

Eggplants 150 g

Dateles 50 g (without chips)

Green chili pepper 1 pc

Fresh red pepper 100 g

Dry cumin 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Clarified butter 50 ml

Orange husk of 1 orange

Fresh mint, fresh kinza 50 g

Salt, sugar according to taste

Preparation:

Put slightly fried chicken, onion, chili pepper, cumin, cardamom, sweet pepper, orange peel, raisins, cut eggplant, dates, and carrot in a tagine or deep frying pan, arrange evenly, then cover by non-rinsed rice, and add a bit of salt. Add chicken bullion and prepare in oven until rice is ready; serve with fresh greens.
