  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs. Form balls and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until nicely browned.
  3. Chop the onion, carrot, celery stalk, and garlic and fry in a pan.
  4. Pour in the grated tomatoes, add the laurel leaves, and add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
  6. Add the fried meatballs to the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
  7. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.
