Ground turmeric
- Pour diced potatoes, carrots and onions, cashew nuts, garlic cloves, turmeric, and salt into the pot.
- Pour in 2 glasses of water and cook for about 10 minutes until it boils.
- Put the cooked vegetables with all the liquid into a blender together with nutritional yeast and apple cider vinegar.
- Blend to a smooth creamy mass. If necessary, season with salt.
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Serve with sauce.
