Preparation: Pour package content into a bowl, while stirring add 210-230 ml of warm(30-32°C) water and 20ml vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), if wanted salt. Knead well, roll up dough into a ball and leave in a warm place (about 32°C) to rise for about 1-1.5 hour (cover it up with a towel or film to prevent the surface from drying). The dough should double. Roll out pizza crust of the desired size and place on a greased baking sheet or baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200-220°C for about 10-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of pizza and filling amount). 2-3 pizza crusts of one box.

Preparation (22-28 pancakes). Pour package contents and dry yeast into a bowl, while stirring add 380ml of warm (30-32°C) water, if wanted salt and sugar. Stir well. Once there are no more dry flour clumps, leave the batter for 20-30 min to ferment. Use a spoon dipped in water to pour the batter  into a heated and greased frying pan. Fry on both sides until it is golden brown. Best served with mashed berry, fruit or vegetable sauce.

Preparation. Pour the content of the package into the bowl. Add dry yeast and approximately 330ml warm water or milk. Mix until homogeneous mass. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Cook on a heated, greased frying - pan.

Rye flour is richer in minerals and dietary fibres than wheat. Due to its high enzyme activity it has a slightly sour taste and is used to prepare rye and sourdough bread which traditionally is baked in Eastern Europe.
