Once there are no more dry flour clumps, leave the batter for 20-30 min to ferment. Use a wet spoon to pour the batter onto a heated and greased frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Best served with mashed berry, fruit or vegetable sauce. Protein crepes Preparation (15-17 crepes). Pour the content of the package into a bowl. While stirring add 640 ml of cold water. Stir till there are no more dry flour clumps. Leave the batter for 10-15 min.  Fry in greased and preheated frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Best served with mashed berry, fruit or vegetable fillings.
